My profile is set to private but i dont want certain people seeing my tweets, so i want to block them but will they still be able to see your tweets? cause sometimes i see that people get a notification saying you can not see this user because they have blocked you?

If you have both blocked them and have a private account im 99% sure that they wont see your tweets

If you block someone on Twitter they still would be able to see your most recent tweets but they can't scroll down on your page and look at more without you unblocking them. They will not be able to retweet you, follow you, DM you or look at the retweets, favorites and comments you got on one of your tweets.
