there is this group my friend added me yesterday.it's her group and she doesn't want me me leave it so i can't. i want to go offline with that group while i'm online and using facebook.is there a way i can go offline only with that group?

don't think that feature is implemented yet.
Right now, you can either appear offline or appear online. No selective, this isn't ICQ we're talking about

go to the group and click on "edit settings" and uncheck the box "send me group chat messages".
