I ordered this power supply and when the package got it, it was a t-shirt with a letter saying thanks for the money. Is this link a fake ebay link ? Can someone explain to me what happen.

seems they ripped you off tell ebay what happened they will give the seller an x amount of time to fix it otherwise they will get your money back for you
