I just got a new job and want to put it on my Facebook. I'm working for a small business that does have a Facebook site that they update with pictures etc. There's only really 3 people working for this place. If I add them as my new job in Facebook will they be able to see it?... I'm not actually Facebook friends with any of these people but on their business facebook will they be notified that I am their employee or something?

Depends on your privacy settings.

Most employers will try to see it anyways. Do not add anyone who you do not know because some employers makes fake users who tries to add you
