Click on google chrome icon, window leads to a new task bar? - Sam - 06-17-2014 10:37 AM
When I click on the google chrome icon on my desktop, the new window opens and a different taskbar pops up. If I minimize the window, the background is grey and not my desktop. I'm able get back to it by going to the start menu. None of the other icons do this. What on earth is happening and how do I make it stop?

I have windows 8, if that matters.
