hello, i need some help,sometimes when I'm watching a video on Youtube it would stop working (the screen while stay black after loading the video). after i have to close all browsers before i can watch another video. (i use Google Chrome)

Try to open YouTube on different web browser.

remove the all cookies form your system.

Such problems arises due to slow internet connection and also may be for browser loading problems. So, please use the latest version of the web browser you are using now or any other browser. If the problem still persists, then it's because of the slow internet connection.

Use high speed internet connection & clear browser history and other details before going to YouTube once again.

update flash player, chrome, remove all cookies and cache.
