I checked FB at 7:45 PM and it said my BF was active 12 minutes ago. But he was driving home around that time. I had just seen him... So either he FLEW home and jumped on FB, or he logged on FB *in his car* or FB is just wrong. Which is most likely?

Here more chance is that your BF logged in during car or it may be that he didnt log out and just close the app but in cell internet is running

Weird stuff like that just happens with facebook and phones that are synced up. People forget to turn things off. People have phones that make them seem like their online...and their not online. I have way too many friends that this happens with.

Facebook is Not Wrong Thats When He Was Last Active its Possible He Probably Went on Facebook on His Phone While he Was In the Car For a Second Or Something
