Not the individual user.
But Google is working with some Facebook developers into inserting Google Ads in their Facebook applications. Facebook allows third-party developers to sell ads on their own “canvas†pages on the site and keep all the revenue
Be a Facebook developer and create an app that could use Adsense -- then you can use Adsense in your Facebook account
