So I am trying to follow someone, I only have 105 followers and only follow 190, but when I press follow the button turns green and then blue again. On the top of the screen, it says the person has 35 posts, but when you look at the bottom, it says the person has no posts. I have uninstalled Instagram from my Iphone, and tried again, but it didn't work. I waited several days, but I still cannot follow that person. Help?
