Im on Facebook on my phone looking through this girl's pics whom I don't really know, anyway don't ask. How embarrassing would it be if I accidentally tagged myself in her picture of herself?
How do I cancel/check current sent out tags?

It may be some internal issue, just wait some time, Facebook resolved it automatically.
