I would assume you are using Chrome version >5.
1. Go to Tools-->Options (4th one from below, in tools menu, may be Vikalp in hindi).
2. Click on "Under the hood" tab (Not sure whats in Hindi, 3rd tab in options)
3. Gotto "Web contents" section. May be Web samagri in hindi.
4. Click on font and language settings.
5. Go to languages tab (Bhashayein).
6. Change the Google Chrome Language (Bhasha) and other languages to English.
Restart the Chrome. You are there.
