You can fill out an appeal here: https://support.twitter.com/forms/general?subtopic=suspended
Other than that, there is not much you can do. Twitter suspends accounts because you were not following their terms of service or your account was hacked. Depending on what you did to get suspended, it may not take awhile or it may take longer than expected.
