just click on forgot password, enter your email address, and facebook will send you a password reset link

If you forget your facebook user name or password then click on forgot password, enter your email address, and facebook will send you a password reset link. Then check your mail account and click the link. if you want to change your user name or password any time go to Security section & find change password option.
