The Tv wasn't on the only thing on was my phone witch was on the internet and my computer wich was on twitter, please tell me there's a logical explanation

OH MY GOD I'm soo glad somebody else experiences this too. Like sometimes I'll be In my bed and here my name clear as day, I swear its the weirdest thing. Like this happens to me all the time too and my house isn't haunted, its fairly new and I've heard my name said to me in different places too. Its kind of creepy, and I'm also a sceptic. I will always hear, in different voices "Sierra" its freaky. But I saw somewhere that it is actually a sign of a healthy brain and good brain activity when you hear your name said to you randomly. Very weird but I choose to just believe I have a healthy and active brain
