I have an Instagram but I don't have a lot of followers I was wondering if anyone would give me a shoutout, or any tips to get followers. My username is: Lhartyy

You don't get real followers by begging for them on YA. You get them by posting good pictures consistently and by using hashtags that actually relate to your pictures.
You also need to post frequently. So, good pictures, good hashtags and frequent posts will get you followers.
This shouldn't be so important. You should be posting to Instagram because it's what you enjoy, not because you want to be popular.
