How come I don't pop-up anywhere when I look myself up on facebook?

Check your privacy settings. Click on Privacy at the top of the page, and select Search. Check to see what your setting is for Search Visibility.

well if you are new on facebook the indexing system may take some time to index you, if you are not new then try using "quotes" with first and last name... and also try advanced search where you can specify your age + your city + your network.. if not that your privacy settings could be definite problem..
recently i have noticed a definite slowdown on facebook, it seems its becoming too crowded as it gets famous outside western countries and more developing nations (ie. india & china) are exposed to social networking sites like this.. perfect example of what is happening to our planet.. too many people.

if you have blocked for people searching you on your privacy settings, u wont see your self, so check your settings.
