i believe you can go to your profile and there should be a down arrow and it should give you an option saying only i can see if not you can do the same under settings.

Click on the settings button in the top right hand corner.
Then select Activity log
On the left side of the screen you will see a list e.g.. comments, photos, likes. Click on More and it will give you a biggest list, click on friends.
At the top of the page next to your timeline e.g. 2013, 2012, you will see Who can see my friends list? with the icon of the world next to it, you can click on the icon and select public, friends, only me.

Go into your profile setting and manage your account that who will see your friend list.
