change your browser into chrome or mozilla firefox they are faster and more stable browsers.

Maybe you should use a different internet browser like:
Google chrome
Opera
Mozilla Firefox.
The other problem could be about your laptop or something or the internet.

As someone has already said
download Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
It is much more secure, and harder to mess up.
