I blog using blogger.com and I have over 350 posts.
Am I able to change the URL of my blog without messing up any of my post?
I don't want to lose any of my posts.

Yes you can, but it will directly affect your blog and post ranking in search engines. 350 is a great amount of posts! It will take around 4-8 weeks for re-ranking or indexing in search engines with new blog URL.
