I have around 300 followers and i would prefer more,i am quite popular and hardly ask for shoutouts,my focus is myself on there and i am in high shool.i started a new instagram late 2013.a girl in my year had 1100 and i would like around that much!and help add these names if you could for a boost

Follow a bunch of people, they will probably follow you back. Put yourself out there, ask people to check out your instagram. Good luck
