Okay so I post Instagram videos and my friend has $10 app that tell you the notes you are singing according to that I have hit an F5 3 times in different videos

"Hitting a note cleanly" is not a singing term. Singing odd notes is not singing. Singing is lots of things combined not just hitting notes.

It's natural for some guys (though I've never met one able to do it without training) but not possible for all.
