Hi,
You can use Social Media like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc. Connect them on your blog site. Share your blog posts on your Social Media accounts. With this your website will be noticed. You can also do SEO like Forum Posting, Guest Posting, Blog Commenting etc. Make sure that it is relevant to your site.

Do not ignore Google Plus. You can learn about it by going to google and looking at the tutorials about it. You can also do a profile on LinkedIn and join groups that look like there is a fashion connection. You can also ask other fashion bloggers if you can guest post. Use social media heavily. You should also make sure you do authorship verification with Google and use Youtube to develop and audience as well.
