So I have all 4 paper mario games sealed and I wanted to buy some cases to protect them, what would I need for an account to strictly buy on ebay? No selling whatsoever.
Could I do it with just a ebay gift card or do I need a credit card?

All you need is " to open an ebay account and a Pay Pal account. You need a credit card or a bank account to open a PayPal
