I am 13 and I have an iPod 4th generation, and a Samsung Galaxy Tab. I also have a 3DS, DSi, and a DS which I use sometimes. I use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, and ask.fm, and I also have a desktop which is for my entire family and a laptop. Am I not caught up enough with electronics? I don't have a phone and I'm worried I don't have enough electronics. I will be getting a phone soon, but I was wondering.

Yup.
You will be VERY socially awkward growing up.
I "only" have four cellphones, laptop, desktop, SNES, NES, PS2, Sega Genesis...and begrudgingly use Facebook because of the kinfolk on my friends list. The game systems mostly gather dust. As they should.
Ditch all that Internet able gaming stuff and go outside.
