What can we do to remove it and how do we report it? I've checked the fb help centre but there is nothing there that covers this problem. Any ideas? Cheers.
Obviously I am aware that one way to resolve this is to get a new fb account, but clearly, that is not the action we want to take due to inconvenience of it.

for God sake what the help support for? if any one has a problem on their accounts like being hacked by someone else, why have to go to the community question and answer? the development should resolve the problem and take some action, you just tolerating those hackers to find more victims.by not doing immediate action. my son account has been hacked last Sunday January 5 2014, i need a reply with my e-mail
