there is a easliy way to hide your posts and pictures ? you want to go to your timeline profile and then when you are on there. you need to click on your photo albums and there when you open the album you can click on the small icon that is under the picture and you can able change your picture settings on private only view yourself or share with your closer friends and family but that only if they have a icon Star on their timeline profiles the people who has a star only able view whatever you dedicate to share with them. but if they do not have a icon star then they wont able can view your pictures and see your posts . .you can also keep your timeline on private without sharing everything else about your Life out public.

Yes you Can For Pictures Go to Your Photos Page under Each Album Click on the People Box Than Click on Customize Add Him To the Restricted List

For Posts Go to the Status Box On the Bottom Click on the Current Setting Do the Same Thing

This Will Apply For Future Posts For Previous Posts You Have to Go Through Each Status And Change the Privacy Setting Click on the People Box And Do the Same Thing Go to Customize Add to the Restricted List
