I had done all off page activities and also posted unique and relevent content but i did.nt get any result. Right now my keyword is at 30 position. And from last few days it has at this same position.
Please suggest me what can i do to improvement in my keyword rank.

You didn't mention your backlinks, examine the 29 results above you with bachlink reporter like opensiteexplorer.org match their backlink count and quantity, also count the pages on the other results with a search for site:higherranked.com to see where you stand, age is another factor you can't cheat.
You 5 pages short on text content are a big problem limiting the siet's authority ranking, crate real 450+ word articles containing your keyword.

Spend a little money and do a Press Release. Press Releases do extremely well with the search engines. There is a deal on the Warrior Forum right now that I think would be good, but I am reluctant to paste the url to it because people are quick to report you although you are trying to send good info. Very frustrating.

What are your link tacticks?Google ranks blogs based on the numbers and quality of the links they have?How many links you have?These days the link game is totally different.You have to have many quality links.There are many ways like blog comments, forum posting, article writing and so on, but they are less effective.if you are serious you need links from private blog networks.That is THE ONLY ONE way to rank high.One of the best private blog network is:

SEO is not easy these days.It is possible, but not many people can do that.I use: FreeMoneyWays.info

One thing you could do is to initially target other related keywords with lower competition.
Check out this video, it shows you how to scrape targeted keywords for your projecta dn then find the ones with the least competition that are easiest to rank for:
