ok so i see some people say that they get a notification on twitter how ? and where ? for everything not only a follow back like maybe be mentioned in a tweet or be replied at ?

if you wanna get notifications (like pop up notifications for your twitter) you can use extensions like twitter notifier for chrome
if you generally just wanna check if someone is following you back, you can click on their twitter handle and on the mini window that pops up with their details it will say follows you (IF THEY DO! If they dont it wont say anything)
or you could try to send them a dm..if they dont follow you you wont be able to
