THe computer workds fine on any other website, but when i go on tumblr it says there's no internet connection. How do i fix this?

someone may be throttling that connection? are you at work? they may have that on a non-access list. also, if you aren't the person in charge of your net access, like at home, the person paying might have tumblr blocked
