When I click on the chrome icon on the taskbar it takes about 40-50 seconds to come up.How do i fix this?

Your internet speed could be an issue.Try checking it with ookla.

Try disabling or uninstalling any extensions you have. This speeds up chrome. Open the followibg address:

It happened many times so don't worry just try after some time. You will also be trying Ccleaner software to be made everything ok.
