Just go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
and open host in notepad or wordpad
then at the last type
127.0.0.1www.facebook.com
now yuor facebook page will no open

you can delete page permanently going to page>>admin panel>>setting then delete it permanently.
