I am asking this because google chrome does not work with windows 7 ultimate 64 bits, and my version of google chrome is 17.0.963.26 Please i need a detailed response , easy to understand. Thanks a million.

It's me Nawal. The guy who answered your question of Google Chrome Working. Google Chrome V17.0.963.26 BETA is the latest. But for you as a "novice" user, I recommend the stable (normal) version. The BETA Version has several bugs that need to be reported to Google often so it gets fixed.
