I heard the facebook timeline would be mandatory as of yesterday (Feb 1) but it obviously isn't. I checked my facebook and a couple other people's earlier today and timeline isn't in place yet.
So when will the timeline on facebook be mandatory?

Although this kind of changes have never been optional, until this moment Facebook did not inform about any established date for the Timeline upgrade to be mandatory for all users.
