I'm stuck with this 2 cheap android phones. Samsung Galaxy Y and HTC Explore. I've researched and I still can't decide between these 2. Information about me to help you guys... I love photography and Instagram. I don't play games. I like to customize the interface or theme of my phone and the battery is VERY VERY important to me. Help me decide please because I love them both and I can only choose 1 of course so don't tell me to buy them both.

Well go for the htc according to http://www.gsmarena.com it is more powerful has more features better design plus a rugged tough feel although it is somewhat slow but it is faster than the samsung and has ultra fast boot time and beeter memory speed (512mb ram) vs samsung (290mbram) amd one last thing htc is more durable

samsungs camera and build quality is a joke !

I don’t know much about both phones because I have always been an iphone guy. But I have heard from numerous sources that HTC is easily the best manufacturer as far as build quality when it comes to its phones…I can speak for your specific phone but I had the HTC Windows 8x for a few weeks and I would say it was a good phone, the camera was very good, the design was great and it was overall a decent phone. The only reason I got rid of it was because I have always been an iphone guy and I was not used to the different operating system, it was a bit boring in comparison. But I would say HTC from my brief experience with one and from what I have heard about their quality.
