you don't have a phone but you are on social media but they rarely get on and the project is due in 2 days and they have not been in school...

I think that a way of contacting them should have been figured out before doing the project.
if theyre intentionally avoiding it so they don't have to do it, than do the project and write the name on all of your work so you get all of the credit and they don't.

I would use either home phone, or your parents' phone. Or you could let your teacher know ahead so that if you are not able to finish the project, at least your teacher will know why.

Do what you can for the project and talk to your teacher about your situation. Teachers can be pretty understanding with stuff like this.
