I've heard that there are a few ND Russian websites, and apparently one of them has information about ND30. Any idea how to reach these websites?

When people talk about the ND Russian site, they usually refer to that one. You can kind of comb through the posts there. They do sometimes have early information, but sometimes they also post things (like game covers, for example) that aren't real, but were created and submitted by fan artists.
