How do I unlink Facebook and Instagram (URGENT!)? - cat123 - 06-22-2014 08:13 AM
I went into the settings for each app awhile ago and removed the other one, but I still get a notification when one of my FB friends joins IG, and I'm pretty sure that means that when they join IG, they get a notification saying I have an account. I am really irritated about this, since neither app has permission to get information from the other one, and yet it's still happening. Will deleting the FB app from my iPod fix this? PLEASE HELP!!!

No Deleting the Facebook App Will Not Fix The Problem Unfortunately if you Unlinked its Possible it may Take a While For Instagram to Stop Displaying Those Kind of Notifications on your Instagram
