He was totally invading my privacy and being rude for sneaking up and see what I am doing. Can I sue his company for allowing this? I feel violated and then he was harassing me for being on FB, I totally want to quit and sue his company for violating my rights

How did your boss get into your home or car to spy on you? You may have a trespassing issue as well.
