Their is a plug in in Google chrome for blocking website.

Download APB: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cfhdojbkjhnklbpkdaibdccddilifddb#
and go to the wrench icon in the top right of the browser, go to tools>extensions>ad block plus options>add you own filter>type in the website name>add filter.

There isn't a built-in feature to block websites in Google Chrome. However, there are many 3rd party Chrome extensions that can help you do this (e.g. "Chrome Nanny" as mentioned above). You can find "Chrome Nanny" and other possible extensions by checking out the Chrome Web Store in reference 1 below.

Do to the above URL using Googhle Chrome, Click on "Install" Button and
after installing you will be able to solve the problem.
