I have tried unplugging the modem, and i have the troubleshoot repair it everysingle time, and im getting sick of it,please help!

Ok, time to see if there is a new driver for your wifi card. Go to SlimDrivers (free, reputable and excellent). Download SlimDrivers, install it and run the program. It will see if there is a new driver for your wifi. If there is, click on the update and let the software update your wifi.
Usually this clears up the problem permanently. If it doesn't, go into your modem settings, find WIFI and change which channel you are using. Pick channel 11. There may be too many devices running and it's screwing with your signal. By switching from channel 6 to a lesser used one, you will solve the problem.
