You tell her the truth, and then you unfriend and block this guy. He isn't a friend of yours if he was cuddling up to you while another woman was in the picture. He wasn't single, so in essence, he was willing to cheat on you too. At the very least, he's been completely dishonest with you and has already proven he isn't a trustworthy partner.

What you should do is put a picture of a bon3r and give it to your friend's wife. She'll get the idea.
I did that once when my friend asked me to send some important documents. I was with my mates when I got this text. But instead of my work I send him a picture of my penis.
