So i woke up and go on facebook and see that there are ads on the top and side of my facebook and on the other side it says background and remove background. What does that mean? and why do i have ads does everyone have it ?

Facebook is really crap.
They have put a ton of ads on the site to make more money and this can also slow the website down. This is what happens on terrible websites like facbook. Sorry to break it to you, but that's how marketing works these days.
May I recommend tumblr?

your Account has not been hacked ads are normal there are always ads on the site
