Hi,

The second computer which is taking internet sharing, take ip address of it, and change the last number of ip address and put it to third computer which you want.

OR

Better use the second computer internet cable to third computer, depending upon your requirement.

OR

Put Network card in second internet sharing computer and enable ICS (Internet connection sharing)

How do you get your connection? If it's by a network cable, you should be able to connect it to a network switch, then put two more cables linking ports of that switch to your computers. If it's by wireless, you should be able to connect the second computer to the wireless. You may need to check with your neighbour, it's possible they've configured their router to only allow specific PCs to connect and would need to allow the new one.
