There is a person who has been taking my friends personal pictures posting them without her permission and making fun of all of her tweets calling her a "hoe" completely cyber bullying her for no reason she doesnt even know this person. I have been helping her by reporting that persons tweets to twitter but no response this has been going on for months and she is very depressed about it. I want this person out of twitter completely please help us. What can we do to get their account suspended?

there is nothing you can do - when you post your picture online, it's free game for anyone to take - reporting it wont do anything

You have to write to twitter if it involves cyberbullying, also flag/report all those photos and tweets
