I think that its quite good!
To get more views:
Instead of uploading videos willy nilly, start advertising your channel, if you have facebook, keep on posting subscribe to me on Youtube and then put your youtube name, if you have a personal twitter account keep on posting it, if you have personal instagram keep on taking screenshots of your channel and posting it.
