Okay so everywhere i go on instagram there has been these really cute chibis, now i was wondering how everyone makes them?
Can you make them on a computer? I have a Samsung S4 So drawcast and other applications used don't work on my phone.

But i want to create it on the computer, i have tried to do it on Paint, but i don't know what colours to use for skin, plus my Fill option does not work properly -_-
Please don't answer with things about mobile apps, i Want to do this on the computer, then i will send it to my phone and upload to instagram like that..

You can create the instagram chibi on computer using the Photoshop. Enjoy!
