I live in the USA. Have never left. My computer thinks I'm in China. My Google in both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer both show results in Chinese. I've set it back to English several times but it will not stay. I even uninstalled Chrome and when I re installed it, it was still Chinese.

unplug the computer, and if that does not work you should get a technicain or reset it every time.
