There are many ways to access a website that has been blocked. In your question you were very vague about why you wanted to access and you also did not say were you are trying to access the website from.

There are many methods, depending on your position you may need a certain one.

1) If you are in a school and you want to access a blocked website (e.g. Facebook) you can download Opera Browser. This may allow you to open and view the website.

2) You can use a proxy if you are only allowed to use a a browser like Internet Explorer. This will often use a random IP and allow you to open the website.

3) If you use Google Chrome as a web browser you can download an add-on called 'Hola Unblocker'. This will trick the website into thinking you are from a country that allows you to view the website. This method is useful is you are trying to watch a video on CBS and you are in the UK.

All of these methods should work, in certain cases it may be illegal or frowned upon if you use the above methods and so you should be careful when you try to pass a blocked website as it may be blocked for a reason.

Depends on how they blocked the websites. If its set to block all websites you can't do anything because you are on an intranet but getting google to translate the site to english can fool many blocks because the site looks like it is google
