I have an iPhone 5 and I keep getting the same notification from the same person on the same picture on instagram even after dismissing it. Why does it keep doing that???

It happens to me a lot too. All I can advise to you is (That's if you do) not to log into another Instagram account; as this causes the problem and to delete the app and to redownload the app again as this will fix the problem. It's happening right now with my iPad mini.
