Okay so I want an IPhone and I am absolutely going to get one. I have an Instagram (lovesoftball27 follow me!) but I am not really supposed to. If I get the app on my soon to be IPhone, can my parents see it? Oh and another reason my parents can't know is because my mom stalks every social media app I have.
Also, I have my own ITunes account. I pay for the apps with whatever money I have in the account. My mom's credit card is hooked up with that account. But, I never use the credit card to pay anything.

Unless you will be using your own credit card and will be paying for apps yourself, then the answer is yes, they can see.

Like Peals Before Swine said, if you are getting paid apps, you parents can see (unless you have your own card).
However, most social media apps (Facebook, Instagram etc.) are available to download free of charge, so unless they install some sort of control software that allows them to monitor your activity on your iphone, then no.
